Each 30ml Tincture comes with a 1ml dropper to help make dosing more consistent. Each 1ml dropper contains approximately 80mg of CBD oil.
Suggested Use: CBD can affect people differently based on unique variables such as body size and cannabis use. We recommend starting with a 40mg dose (half a dropper full), and increasing or decreasing based on your personal needs. For rapid absorption place the dropper directly under your tongue. For slower absorption we recommend adding the CBD oil to your favorite foods and/or beverages.
